Covid-19 Office Procedures

***COVID-19 Office Protocols - Updated March 2022***

Please continue to wear a mask in the common areas of our building, regardless of your vaccination status. For individuals that are not vaccinated, as well as individuals with preexisting conditions that place them at higher risk of serious COVID-19 infection, please wear a mask for the duration of your visit and treatment. Masks are available in the office if needed.

What we are doing to ensure your safety:

  • Practitioner will wear a KN-95 mask during sessions.

  • Practitioners will wash hands between patients and use 70% alcohol-based sanitizer while with patients before and after touching anything, including patients.

  • All high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, faucets, and handrails, will be sanitized between patients, and at the end of the day with Covid-19 virus killing disinfectants.

  • We have alcohol-based hand sanitizer in the office.

  • To ensure physical distancing in the building we ask that you do not come early for your appointment, and that you come alone into the office. If you have a personal care attendant they may accompany you and will stay with you in the treatment room.

During this time, we ask the following from you:

  • Wear a mask in the common areas of our building, regardless of vaccination status.

  • Please wash your hands with soap and water before and after each session.

  • As you enter, please try to avoid touching any surfaces.

  • We encourage respiratory etiquette from you: please cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue and then throw tissue into our touch-free barrels.

  • Please avoid touching your face.

  • Stay home if you feel ill, have respiratory or digestive symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 10 days.

Thank you for your help and cooperation!
